Associate Trainer

Job Summary:



Deliver Training
Supervise Agents


Duties/Responsibilities:



Deliver New Hire training on all aspects of client projects, including soft skills and technical skills (both small & large class sizes - up to 50)
Supervise agents while in their training period
Assess participant and class performance
Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Previous Customer Service / Sales / Technical support experience in call center or related industry
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
No written warnings within the last six (6) months
Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the core principles and concepts related to the target project

Preferred:
1 year of training experience
Understanding of Learning Principles
Strong performance as an Agent or Team Leader


Special Requirements:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
May need to work nights, 3rd shift, and / or weekends for extended periods
Through demonstrated individual performance, promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers, and the community
Must be bilingual(English/Spanish)
